A Growing Portfolio of Distinctive Hospitality Experiences

Building Destinations That Bring People Together
Oleander Hospitality is a family-led hospitality group founded by the Ahuja family during the pandemic, with a vision to create distinctive destinations rooted in exceptional food, thoughtful design, and memorable experiences. Our journey began with Saltt, our flagship restaurant at the family-owned Oleander Farms in Karjat, followed by Common House, our homegrown microbrewery amidst the greenery of Karjat, and Oleander Farms, our boutique resort.
Expanding into the city, our portfolio now includes Uppu – A South Indian Restaurant, The Pure Kitchen, centred around wholesome dining; and Cafe Parallel which serves old Bombay specials. Today, Oleander Hospitality continues to create thoughtfully curated spaces and experiences that bring people together.

Oleander Farms
Set amidst panoramic hills, lush greenery, and scenic lakes, Oleander Farms spans across a 200-acre wide land. Etched with the qualities of an immersive family retreat, it also comes with the promise of luxury and nature both in equal measure.
The uncommon blend of farm-style living and unparalleled amenities makes us a preferred destination for weekend escapes, celebrations, and more.
Discover a collection of thoughtfully designed rooms, cottages, and an exclusive three-bedroom villa, where contemporary comfort meets the quiet beauty of nature. Wake up to tranquil views, unwind in the privacy of a plunge pool, or retreat to the spacious Grove Villa, every stay is designed to help you slow down and savour the moment.
Saltt Restaurant and Bar
It all began with the epiphany that the people of Mumbai needed the perfect pause from the city and the woes of the pandemic in 2020.
That laid the first stone for Oleander Farms, where we transformed the legacy farm space into a family dine-in. Today, it is a sophisticated yet homely restaurant where one can enjoy a nature-immersive dining experience.
A wide menu of comfort food and our most loved farm-fresh cocktails is what you’ll find here. It is as sophisticated as rustic with abundant greenery, scenic ponds, quacking ducks and french windows!
Location: Oleander Farms, Karjat

Common House Microbrewery
Common House is Karjat’s first 136-seater craft brewery, offering an elevated yet relaxed setting amidst the region’s natural surroundings. With six signature house brews and a diverse culinary offering spanning Pan Asian, European, Italian, and Indian cuisines, Common House brings together craft, flavour, and experience under one roof.
Building on its success in Karjat, Common House has expanded into the city with an outlet in Bandra and three outlets at T2 International Airport, with its newest destination in Thane coming soon.
Uppu - A South Indian Kitchen
Uppu (means “salt” in several South Indian languages) is a restaurant that serves up nostalgic, honest, and deeply comforting South Indian fare. From warm, homestyle breakfasts to hearty lunches, leisurely dinners, and cocktails inspired by regional ingredients, Uppu promises to become your go-to for meals that feel like home.
Uppu, first launched in Bandra has now expanded with its second outlet at our very first home- Oleander Farms in Karjat.

the Pure Kitchen
The Pure Kitchen is a café built around healthy food. Yes, you heard that right — NO SUGAR, NO MAIDA, and NO GUILT! Our first outlet started in our founder’s grandmother’s kitchen in Chembur. What began as a hidden garden café has now grown into a space in Bandra, with another outlet coming soon to Navi Mumbai!
Cafe Parallel
As the city’s dining culture continues to evolve at breakneck speed, many of these spaces have disappeared, replaced by concepts built around novelty and constant reinvention. Café Parallel brings back the flavours many of us have grown up with. From comforting favourites like keema pav, akuri eggs, veg/non-veg cutlet curry, berry pulao, bun maska with chai, and the iconic lagan nu custard to signature dishes such as mutton boti kebab and chicken farcha, every plate pays homage to Bombay’s rich culinary heritage.
